Everything looks good and I approve the order, how do I pay?
Thank you for asking. Select the “Add to Cart” button that will take you to a secure payment page. We accept payments through PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Stripe.
Where can I track my order?
Thank you for asking. Orders are generally processed within 3-5 days of purchase. You can either click on the tracking link in the shipping notification email we sent you, or you can create an account on everyones-golf-store.com site using the email associated with your order and you will be able to see all the orders placed using your email. Click on the order and you will see the tracking number.
What are standard shipping times and who are your carriers?
Most products are shipped using the USPS and arrive within 2-3 weeks. For some special order products or products in high demand please allow up to 4 weeks.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
How do I return a product to Everyone's-Golf-Store?
Thank you for asking. We are confident that you will be amazed by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. In the event, you are not satisfied with a product you may return it for a refund minus any shipping charges. Products must be returned unopened in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. (RMA number) and complete instructions on how to make a return.
Please be sure to include invoice information with your request.
How will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed when the item you returned has been received. Refunds will be made by crediting the original payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal, Stripe). In some instances of return a 20% restocking charge may apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
I returned my order, where is my refund?
It usually takes between 5-7 days for refunds to be processed once we receive your return. If you have not received your refund within 14 days please contact us at email@example.com
I received a damaged product, what is your return policy?
Thank you for asking. It is our desire that you are 100% satisfied with your product.
Please contact Everyone's Golf Store immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if your product is damaged. To arrange for a replacement please include a photo of the damage, a copy of your receipt, your invoice number, email address, and phone number.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items or for the following reasons:
Any items or accessories ordered to the customer’s specifications.
Any ‘Print on Demand’ items.
Sales items other than monthly special promotions.
Merchandise that has been damaged by customer negligence and/or misuse.
